Equipped with HYPET special function extruder, high output, 500kg/h;
High-calcium formula and technology can be provided, bimetallic barrel and screw, with a shelf life of up to one year.
Three-roller design, precise roller temperature control, suitable for product cooling and forming
Optional hot stamping, laminating, transfer printing, slitting and other functions.
The T-shaped die has multiple heating zones, which makes the plasticization and flow rate more controllable.
Siemens PLC control system, equipped with HYPET self-developed software, improves operation efficiency and reduces production costs
